How I got started shooting
- Since I can remember I've always held an interest in small arms and informal marksmanship. After being given the opportunity to attend US Army Sniper School early in my military career I developed a specific interest in rifle marksmanship and precision. After a 7 year break in regular military service I returned to Lackland AFB in 2000. I met some of the early Air Force Shooting Team members and was invited to shoot in a match at Camp Bullis in San Antonio. The National Match Course has been an addiction ever since.
