How I got started shooting
The first experience I had with skeet shooting was with my father and brother when I was about nine years old. It wasn't until 2007, after I was stationed at RAF Mildenhall that I really started getting into shooting skeet on a regular basis. As I started to shoot more and more, my scores continued to improve. With the help of a good friend, Peter Bloomfield, I quickly shot my first 25 and 50 straight. After learning about the Air Force Shooting Team and the requirements from Capt Brian Moore, I became a NSSA member in August 2007. By the end of the 2007 shooting year I had shot my first ever 100 straight. I have been hooked ever since!
